Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of Web Orago® Invoice (https://invoice.weborago.com), provided by Web Orago® Tecnologia Ltda, CNPJ 59.013.007/0001-90. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Web Orago® Invoice is an online tool to create, organize and export to PDF commercial invoices for services and products, in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

2. Important: an invoice is not a tax document

The documents generated are commercial invoices (billing documents). They do not replace Brazilian electronic tax invoices (NF-e, NFS-e) or other tax documents required by the laws of Brazil or any other country. You are solely responsible for complying with your tax, accounting and foreign-exchange obligations, including taxes, numbering and document content.

3. Account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Activity on your account is your responsibility.
  • The service is intended for people over 18 and for businesses.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free of charge

The service is offered free of charge for an indefinite period. We may in the future introduce paid plans or limit features; such changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and you can export your data at any time.

5. Your data and your clients' data

  • The content you enter (clients, products, invoices) belongs to you. You can export or delete it under Settings → My data.
  • Regarding your clients' personal data, you are the controller and Web Orago® acts as processor (LGPD, art. 5, VI and VII), processing that data only to provide the service, on your instructions and under the Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have a legal basis to enter that data.
  • Web Orago® does not access the content of your invoices except when needed for support you request, for security or to comply with legal obligations.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, false documents, improper charges, money laundering, spam, infringement of third-party rights or any illegal activity, nor attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Automatic translation

Automatic translation is an optional feature provided by a free third-party service, with no guarantee of accuracy. Always review translated text before sending an invoice; your original text is kept and can be shown at any time.

8. Branding on invoices

In return for the free service, generated invoices display a discreet footer identifying Web Orago® Invoice and Web Orago® Tecnologia Ltda.

9. Availability and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We recommend keeping copies of your PDFs and exporting your data regularly. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Orago® is not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the content of documents issued by users. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code where applicable.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time under Settings → My data. If we decide to discontinue the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and will require a new acceptance to keep using the service.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Barueri/SP, Brazil, have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in their place of residence. In case of conflict between translated versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
